What are your favourite ways to treat yourself to more self love?
Giving myself PERMISSION to do what I need for myself, be it private Vush time or a face mask…..wait maybe both together!

What are your tips for anyone who is overcoming the stigma around self pleasure?
It might be uncomfortable for you when you first accept that you want to indulge more. I get that! I’ve been there! But that doesn’t mean it’s not normal and healthy. AND important. Have a couple chats with either friends you trust you can speak to, or people on social (like myself) who rep, and are happy to do so. The more we talk the more we accept!
What are three things you’d tell your younger self?
Spend more time discussing how to care for YOURSELF in sexual wellness, and less time worrying about how to do that for men. Why do we do that at such a young age?!
What is your favourite self love practice?
Saying “No.”

Why is normalizing female self pleasure important to you?
Because it is normal for men, and there is NO reason there should be a difference!
What are your three tips to discover and own your self worth?
1) Pay attention to your inner self desires, not just outside persuasions
2) Say “no” to things that really don’t interest you, just to please others
